What's the difference between an inspired oil, a clone, and the original perfume?
The original is the branded fragrance sold by the house itself. A clone aims to copy it as closely as possible, while an inspired oil is an independent interpretation that captures the same overall mood and note direction without claiming to be identical. Unravel Perfumery's oils are inspired interpretations — original creations, not counterfeit copies of any brand.

Are your perfume oils IFRA-grade and skin-safe?
Yes. Our perfume oils are blended from IFRA-grade perfumery materials and crafted in France, the same class of ingredients used by professional perfumers. As with any fragrance, we recommend a small patch test before regular use if you have sensitive skin.

How long do perfume oils last on skin?
Perfume oils generally last longer than alcohol-based sprays because the oil base evaporates more slowly, holding the scent against the skin. Are perfume oils better than Eau de Parfum (EDP)?
Perfume oils and Eau de Parfum each have strengths. Oils are concentrated, longer-lasting and sit closer to the skin for a more intimate trail, while EDP sprays project further and are faster to apply. Many people find oils better value because a little goes a long way and there is no alcohol to dry out or shorten the scent.
How do I apply perfume oil so it lasts all day?
Apply perfume oil to clean, moisturised pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears, where body heat helps it diffuse. Dab rather than rub, layer over an unscented moisturiser to hold the scent longer, and reapply lightly in the evening if needed. A little goes a long way — start with one or two dabs.
Can I make my own spray perfume from these oils?

What sizes do you sell, and can I order a sample first?
Most oils are offered in an 8 ml sample plus 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg sizes, with bulk 5 kg and 10 kg available on request. The sample size lets you try a scent before committing to a larger quantity, which is ideal for both personal buyers and businesses testing a range.
How do I choose a scent if I can't smell it first?
Every product page lists the top, heart and base notes along with the original fragrance the oil is inspired by, so you can match by note profile or by a scent you already love. Start with an 8 ml sample, or browse by style: designer-inspired, niche-inspired and Arabian / Middle Eastern oils.
