- Dispatch: orders are blended, quality-checked and packed at our Kolkata facility and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery within India: typically 3–7 business days depending on location, with tracking shared once your order ships. Free shipping over ₹999.
- International delivery: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs — to the USA, UK, UAE, Europe, Australia and beyond.
- If your order is delayed: message us with your order number and we will track it and resolve it. A delayed parcel is always something we help fix, not ignore.
