Shipping Policy
At Unravel Perfumery, every order is blended, checked and packed at our Kolkata facility before it ships. This page explains exactly what to expect between checkout and delivery.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the next business day. Bulk and made-to-order quantities (1 kg and above) may need 2–4 additional business days for blending and quality checks — we will tell you at the time of order if so.
Shipping charges (India)
- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery estimates (India)
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote pin codes: up to 10 business days
These are courier estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays with courier partners can occur, especially during festival seasons and sale periods.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, where opted in) as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for 5+ days, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.
International shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Some destinations restrict fragrance products; if we cannot ship to your country we will refund your order in full.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and contents, and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Address changes & failed deliveries
We can change a delivery address only before dispatch — contact us immediately if you need to. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or the courier could not reach you, we will arrange re-delivery (re-shipping charges may apply).
