Refund policy

Returns
Because our products are perfume oils and personal-care goods, for hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used products.

Reporting a problem (14 days)
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@unravelperfumery.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Free returns
If your return is approved, we cover the return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label along with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds and replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method (or replaced, if you prefer) within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, request a return for the eligible item and place a new order.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care or beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and any hazardous or flammable materials cannot be returned (except where required by law). Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
